Robert and Robin are dedicated to their business and take pride in their work. Not only was the price for my frameless shower enclosure better than everyone else I quoted, the time and effort put in to ensure that I was happy with the product was excellent as well. Case in point – they were at my house until 7 pm on Christmas Eve finishing my installation! How many contractors are you going to find that are willing to do that?
Response time and communication is great – I got a reply to my initial inquiry the next day and they took the time to respond and answer all of my questions. They came to my house to do the estimate (I found that other companies just do it over the phone or e-mail). Robert double and triple checks his measurements and his attention to detail is second to none. After installation he volunteered to come back to make some final adjustments. I don’t know too many contractors that do that – most of the time I have had to chase down contractors to take a look at anything after they finish the job.
I am very pleased with my experience with Mia Shower Doors. Highly recommended!
